Can myopia be cured? +

How often should adults have an eye examination? +
Most adults should consider a routine eye examination every one (1) years. You should come sooner if your vision changes, you get headaches, your glasses feel uncomfortable, or you have conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of eye disease.
How often should children have their eyes checked? +
Children should be checked before starting school and then regularly as they grow, especially if they squint, sit very close to screens, complain of blurry vision, or have falling school performance. Children with myopia may need more frequent reviews to monitor progression.
Are blue light lenses necessary? +
Blue light lenses are not necessary for everyone, but some people especially office workers find them more comfortable for long screen sessions. Good screen habits, suitable prescription power, proper lighting, and regular breaks are also important for reducing digital eye strain.
Can diabetes affect eyesight? +

How do progressive lenses work? +
Progressive lenses combine distance, intermediate, and near vision in one pair of glasses without visible segment lines. The lenses must be measured and fitted accurately.
What is digital eye strain? +
Digital eye strain is discomfort from prolonged screen use. Common symptoms include tired eyes, dryness, headaches, blur, and neck or shoulder tension. It can be improved with the right prescription, screen distance, lighting adjustments, blinking, and regular breaks.
When should I replace my glasses? +

Can contact lenses be worn every day? +
